2022 has been an amazing year for The Ozark Mountain Daredevils. In March, the band kicked off their Time Warp Tour- Celebrating 50-Years, have a PBS special coming June 3, and now have a performance slated May 17 on the most iconic stage in music. The multi-Platinum selling country-rockers have performed on many historic stages, but this is a remarkable milestone in their music career.
“We are thrilled to have an opportunity to share our music on the stage of one of the true institutions of music. Throughout our 50-years together as a band, we have played in many great venues, but this opportunity is definitely checking one off the bucket list. In a special year for our band, this is a very meaningful event.” – John Dillon, founding partner of The Ozark Mountain Daredevils.
For 95 years, the Grand Ole Opry has been the home to the art form’s growth and change, from the first broadcast in the National Life Building on WSM’s Barn Dance in 1925 to the move into the new Opry House in 1974. The Opry remains the platform that connects artists and fans to the music they love.
