Sip a Cozy Bourbon Drink

There’s something undeniably comforting about a well-crafted bourbon cocktail. Bourbon, the traditional American whiskey made primarily from corn, carries a rich history and warm, complex flavors that are perfect for sipping as the days grow cooler. Though it’s often associated with the South, bourbon’s story likely begins with Scots and Scots-Irish immigrants who settled in Kentucky.

By law, bourbon must be produced in the U.S., made from a grain mixture that’s at least 51% corn, aged in new charred oak barrels, distilled to no more than 160 proof, and entered into the barrel for aging at no more than 125 proof. Bottled at 80 proof or more, bourbon doesn’t have a minimum aging requirement—its character comes from the careful craftsmanship of the distiller.

Whether you’re looking to enjoy a classic or try something with a modern twist, these bourbon cocktails offer a cozy, flavorful experience.
