Guaranteed entry to FIFA Fan Festival™, WWI and Soccer Digital Summer and more at the National WWI Museum and Memorial

The National WWI Museum and Memorial is offering an All-Access Ticket for visitors during FIFA Fan Festival™ operating dates this summer. On select dates from June 11 through July 11, the Museum and Memorial will serve as a gateway to the FIFA Fan Festival™ hosted on its south lawn — and all Museum ticket holders will receive guaranteed entry to experience the FIFA Fan Festival™, even when the 25,000-person capacity limit is reached.

The Museum and Memorial will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. throughout the FIFA World Cup™ period, offering visitors a world-class cultural destination and a chance to explore its new exhibition,The Beautiful Game, about the intersection of soccer and WWI. 

On Tuesday, June 9 from 10 a.m.-2:15 p.m., kick off North America’s FIFA World Cup 2026™ celebrations at Digital World’s Summit: The Game: Football and WWI. The symposium traces football’s rise as a global phenomenon. Starting from the early 20th century, attendees will discover the fascinating and often untold history of the world’s favorite sport. Scholars and historians will join from across the globe to present on topics ranging from women’s wartime football to soldiers playing on the frontlines, plus explorations into soccer and WWI in countries such as England, Chili, and Croatia. This exploration is for everyone, and especially for those who have a general or professional interest in football, sports and the periods prior to, during and after World War I.
