#HealthTipTuesday Losing Fat, Simplified

Are you ready to hear the secret to fat loss? Every diet tricks you into doing this but I’m going to simplify it right now!

You ready!?

Alright, here it is!

You must burn more calories than you consume. THAT’S IT!

Counting calories is often panned by trendy diet experts. But the fact is that creating a calorie deficit is the foundation of every diet. That’s right…every diet! Every. Single. One. If a weight loss program works, it is because you’ve reduced calories enough to create a deficit.

Here is the truth: There is no Magic Pill solution for losing weight.

There is no special diet, superfood or detox tea that is going to lead to effortless weight loss. It doesn’t matter if a particular diet is low-carb, low-fat, the Atkins Diet, Weight Watchers, etc. All of these dieting approaches are leading people to the same conclusion – Eating in a calorie deficit.

Remember The Law of Thermodynamics?

The basic premise of the law is this:

(Calories consumed) – (Calories expended) = weight gained/lost

Here is the fundamental Law of Thermodynamics again: Consume more calories than your body expends and you will gain weight. If you consume fewer calories than your body expends, you will lose weight.

We’re very fortunate that our bodies follow the basic laws of science.

How you accomplish a calorie deficit, and what specific foods you decide to eat, and when, are all personal preference. I’ll be walking you through proven strategies that have worked for me and countless others. By eating in ways that are enjoyable and satiating for you, you’ll be able to diet with much less effort and negative impact than had you let the diet control every aspect of your life.

You don’t have to starve yourself with a trendy diet or juice fast. All you need is to eat in a calorie deficit. Want to learn how to get started? I have your first 4-weeks planned out and simplified! All you have to do is go to womenwarriorslifestyle.com click on Fat Loss For Life.
